1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations. Additional charges may apply.
  • Bulk Orders: Shipping charges for bulk or custom orders will be calculated separately based on volume and delivery location.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom and made-to-order furniture may take 10-15 business days for dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7-10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 10-15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, government restrictions, or courier service delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking link via email/SMS. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking ID.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to 2 more times.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is received in a damaged condition, please record an unboxing video and take clear photographs of the package and product.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at supportraytrees@gmail.com with the video and images attached.
  • Our team will evaluate and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
