1. Return Window

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

✅ Defective Products

If the item delivered to you has a manufacturing defect that affects its usability (e.g., imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc.), it is eligible for return or replacement.
⚠️ Note: Natural characteristics of materials, such as variations in texture or appearance, are not considered defects.

✅ Incorrect Product

If the product you receive is different in size, shape, or color compared to what was displayed on our website, you may request a return or replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

📸 Step 1: Capture Images & Unboxing Video

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Take 2-3 clear photos of the product showing:
    • Full view of the item.
    • Close-up of the defective/damaged area.
  • Image file size should not exceed 5MB.

📩 Step 2: Submit Return Request

Send the unboxing video and high-resolution images to supportraytrees@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

🔍 Step 3: Evaluation & Pick-Up

  • Our Resolution Team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • Once approved, we will schedule a return pick-up within 72 hours from the original shipping address.
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with the user manual, warranty slip, and all accessories for a successful return.

4. Important Notes

🚫 Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
🚫 Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or replaced, unless defective.
🚫 Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
